1. About Foodie

Foodie is a food discovery application that allows users to share and explore dishes, places, and recipes.

By accessing or using Foodie, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. User Content & Community Standards

Foodie is strictly a food-focused platform.

You are solely responsible for the content you post, including photos, recipes, reviews, comments, and location information.

By posting content, you confirm that:

  • You have the legal right to share it

  • It does not infringe third-party rights

  • It does not violate applicable laws

  • You have obtained consent from any identifiable individuals appearing in your content

Community Guidelines

To maintain a safe and respectful environment, users must follow these rules:

Food-Related Content Only

  • Content must relate to food, restaurants, recipes, or culinary culture

  • Accurate tagging of locations and businesses is required

Respectful Behavior

  • No harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or abusive conduct

  • Reviews must be honest and constructive

Authenticity

  • No fake reviews, rating manipulation, or impersonation

  • Any commercial relationship with a business must be disclosed

Prohibited Content

  • Spam or excessive promotion

  • Offensive or explicit material

  • Copyright violations

  • Illegal or harmful activity

Moderation & Enforcement

Foodie actively moderates user-generated content.

We reserve the right to remove content, restrict visibility, suspend accounts, or permanently ban users who violate these Terms or Community Guidelines.

Users may report content through the in-app reporting system.

3. Use of the App

You agree to use Foodie lawfully and responsibly.

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or exploit the App or its content

  • Attempt to reverse engineer the software

  • Interfere with or disrupt the service

4. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, branding, design elements, and software related to Foodie are owned by us or properly licensed.

You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the App without permission.

5. Account & Termination

Users may delete their account at any time within the App.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Service Availability

Foodie is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Decisions made based on user-generated content

  • Inaccurate information shared by users

  • Temporary service interruptions

  • Indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App

Your use of Foodie is at your own risk.
